How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Explaininggrowth Windows & Siding should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Explaininggrowth Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we introduced you to
If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, your first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Explaininggrowth Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@explaininggrowth.world and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
